What is 1 credit worth?
About $0.0025. Every plan and add-on pack is priced at the same rate per credit, and annual billing makes it cheaper still. Each model’s price is set from what it costs us to run, so credits always buy the same amount across the model lineup.
How do I use my credits?
Each AI generation deducts credits based on the model. An AI image starts at 5 credits (ChatGPT Images 2.5 is 5 on Low quality); video is priced per second — a 5-second clip runs from 120 credits on PixVerse V6 up to 710 on Seedance 2.0, and a Veo 3.1 clip is a flat 1,000.
Do unused subscription credits roll over?
Subscription credits reset every billing cycle. Unused credits do not roll over. If you need more, buy add-on credits which never expire.
What's the difference between subscription and add-on credits?
Subscription credits are included with your monthly plan and reset each cycle. Add-on credits are one-time purchases that never expire — perfect for occasional spikes in usage.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. You'll keep access until the end of your current billing cycle. Add-on credits remain in your account permanently.
What happens to my Free credits?
The 25 credits granted on signup never expire. Use them whenever you're ready.
Is there a free trial of paid features?
The 25 free credits on signup let you try our image models. For video generation, subscribe to Starter or above (frontier video like Veo and Kling 3.0 is on Pro).
Do I get commercial rights?
Free tier is for personal/non-commercial use only. All paid tiers (Starter, Pro, Ultra) include full commercial license — use generated content in products, marketing, anywhere.
How does annual billing save me money?
Annual plans are billed once per year at a 26-29% discount compared to month-to-month. Starter drops from $19/mo to $14/mo equivalent ($168/year).
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards via Stripe. Subscriptions auto-renew until canceled. Refunds available within 7 days for unused subscriptions.
