SoonMaker

Terms of Service

The agreement between you and SoonMaker for using the product. Covers accounts, credits, the content you generate, and the limits of the service.

Last updated: Draft · not yet in effect

Draft — not yet in effect. This document is a working draft that has not been reviewed by legal counsel and is not binding. It is published so the product’s links resolve; treat nothing here as final.

1. The service

SoonMaker ("SoonMaker", "we", "us") is operated by [LEGAL ENTITY]. SoonMaker gives you access to a catalog of third-party AI image and video models, along with one-tap apps and visual effects built on top of them.

By creating an account or using SoonMaker you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Accounts

You need an account to generate. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your login secure.

You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your country. If you use SoonMaker on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you are authorised to accept these Terms for it.

3. Credits and payment

Generations consume credits. New accounts receive a free credit allowance; further credits come with a paid plan. Credit costs differ per model because our upstream cost differs per model.

Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. Credits are consumed on submission of a generation, not on the quality of the result — a result you dislike is still a completed generation.

We may change prices or credit costs. Where a change affects an active paid plan, we will give notice before it applies to your renewal.

4. Your content

You keep ownership of the material you upload. You grant us the limited licence needed to process it: to transmit it to the third-party model you selected, to generate your result, and to store both so you can access them in your account.

Generated output is yours to use, subject to your plan. Free-tier output is for personal use and appears in the public community gallery. Paid plans include a commercial licence and keep generations private by default.

We do not use your uploads to train AI models.

5. Third-party models

Generation runs on third-party providers. Their availability, output quality, and processing terms are outside our control, and a model may change or be withdrawn by its provider.

Your content is transmitted to the provider of the model you choose in order to fulfil your request.

6. Acceptable use

Do not use SoonMaker to create material that is illegal, that sexualises minors, that impersonates a real person in a deceptive way, that infringes someone else’s intellectual property, or that harasses or defames.

Do not attempt to bypass content filters, resell access to the service, or automate abuse of the free tier.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach this section.

7. Availability and liability

The service is provided "as is". We do not warrant uninterrupted availability, and generative models are probabilistic — output may be inaccurate or unsuitable for your purpose.

To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

8. Changes and contact

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be signalled by an updated effective date on this page.

These Terms are governed by the laws of [JURISDICTION]. Questions: [email protected].
